Project Briefing

Following the intense weeks surrounding the Brussels Motor Show, Porsche Belgium wanted to thank and re-energize its entire dealership network. Across the country, teams had been working extended hours, including weekends, to welcome a high volume of prospects and clients.

The objective was simple but meaningful: deliver a tangible gesture of appreciation to roughly 500 collaborators across the Belgian Porsche network and provide a morale boost after a demanding period of continuous activity.

Our Approach

Working within a very short timeframe, we designed and executed a nationwide incentive solution tailored to the needs of dealership teams.

We developed a compact yet impactful “Energy Boost” package, combining carefully selected snacks and drinks designed to recharge teams during busy working days. Beyond the concept and sourcing, we also managed the logistics and distribution across the entire Belgian Porsche network, ensuring each dealership received the packages quickly and efficiently.

The operation required rapid coordination, precise planning, and consistent quality control to deliver a unified experience to all collaborators simultaneously.
