The Porsche Club of Belgium gathered its members for the annual “Get Together” evening — a key moment at the start of the year designed to reconnect the community, share a forward-looking vision, and celebrate the club’s achievements.
The dinner event brought together members, partners, and representatives from Porsche Belgium to present an overview of the past year, introduce the 2026 activity calendar, highlight successes, and reinforce collaborations with sponsors. The objective was to create a warm, premium atmosphere where information, community spirit, and brand passion could meet in a single evening.
We supported the Porsche Club of Belgium in shaping both the content and the visual storytelling of the event. Our role focused on communication design, live content capture, and guest engagement.
Our work included:
Design and creation of presentation materials, including keynote slides and a year-overview film summarizing the club’s highlights and future plans.
On-site photo and video coverage, capturing the atmosphere, speeches, and interactions throughout the evening.
A dedicated 360° video booth activation, allowing members to step into a dynamic 15-second filming experience. Each participant was captured in motion, creating energetic and memorable clips ready to be shared on social media.
This combination of structured communication and experiential content helped turn the gathering into both an informative and highly engaging moment for the club community.
