In December 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Brussels Motor Show — Belgium’s largest automotive event (typically welcoming over 500,000 visitors annually) — was officially cancelled. This left a major gap for car manufacturers, including ŠKODA Import, who were preparing to showcase the launch of the brand’s first fully electric vehicle, the ŠKODA Enyaq.
Faced with the challenge of connecting with potential customers and delivering a premium experience in a fully digital format, ŠKODA Import launched the innovative ŠKODA Tower concept — a virtual showroom initiative. A key pillar of this digital strategy: live webinars dedicated entirely to the new Enyaq.
We designed and produced a full series of bilingual live webinar sessions, broadcasted in both French and Dutch, entirely focused on presenting the ŠKODA Enyaq from every angle — including design, technology, electric range, charging solutions, and personalization options.
The concept and content development of these sessions was carried out in close collaboration with the D’Ieteren Academy and the ŠKODA training team, ensuring that every detail aligned with brand standards and product expertise. Together, we crafted a clear, engaging storyline that was both informative and accessible for a wide audience.
To bring this to life, we set up a dedicated studio with a team of experienced video professionals, delivering high production value and smooth live execution. The sessions included a real-time Q&A system, allowing participants to submit their questions via a web interface and receive live answers from our team — recreating a two-way conversation and bringing the human touch of a showroom to the digital space.
Over several days, we created a fully interactive, premium digital experience that positioned the Enyaq as a key milestone in ŠKODA’s journey toward electrification.
