Every summer, KBC Belgium brings its team together for a Blue Team reunion — a festive and unifying incentive day designed to strengthen internal bonds and kick off the season with energy, laughter, and good music. For the 2025 edition, the gathering took place at TW Classic in Werchter, one of Belgium’s most iconic one-day music festivals.

This year’s line-up featured legendary headliners including Robbie Williams, Bryan Adams, Texas,  Skunk Anansie, Lottery Winners and Portland — offering the perfect backdrop for KBC to celebrate with its teams in a relaxed, high-energy setting. The objective: capture the joy and spirit of the moment and create content that employees could share and cherish.

Our Approach

In collaboration with our sister company Little Planet x ViewKraft, we designed and delivered a 360° video booth experience right in the heart of the KBC zone at TW Classic. The activation allowed staff members to jump into a fully immersive video moment, capturing laughter, dancing, and spontaneous fun in short, dynamic 15-second clips.

The format was designed for instant social sharing and built to reflect the carefree, uplifting spirit of the festival. With every clip, we turned a simple smile or dance move into a memory — helping transform the corporate incentive into a truly memorable, personal experience for every participant.
