TD SYNNEX Belgium (formerly Tech Data) aimed to reward and strengthen ties with its most valuable B2B clients — a select group of sales managers, CEOs, and strategic partners. The objective was clear: design a premium incentive experience that went far beyond the typical corporate event. The goal was to connect people, create lasting memories, and inspire participants to push beyond their everyday limits — in a way that reflected the energy, challenge, and pace of the IT industry, but far removed from the usual business context.
We crafted a bold and immersive program, hosted across two exceptional venues in Wallonia: the elegant Domaine de la Noiseraie and the historical Fort de Suarlée — a decommissioned military fortress with a raw, adventurous setting ideal for high-intensity challenges.
The day began with an adrenaline-fueled off-road driving session using Land Rover vehicles, where participants navigated rugged terrain under the guidance of professional instructors — showcasing the power of both the machines and the drivers behind the wheel. The experience pushed guests to reconsider what they (and the vehicles) were capable of, in a safe but surprising environment.
In the second part of the day, participants were taken through a series of transformational physical and mental challenges designed to test their personal boundaries: walking on burning stones, stepping on broken glass, and even breaking techniques — all led by certified experts in performance and mindset training.
To complete the day, we hosted a keynote on leadership and personal growth, followed by a relaxed barbecue and drinks. To reward courage and participation, a prize lottery was held for the standout performers, adding a playful and memorable conclusion to an extraordinary day.
