At the close of a dynamic year, Puilaetco wanted to create a memorable and unifying end-of-year event for its teams across Belgium. The goal was to celebrate achievements, strengthen internal bonds, and set the tone for a booming year ahead. The event needed to reflect the bank’s premium positioning, appeal to a diverse internal audience, and deliver a unique and immersive experience built around a refined thematic concept.
To bring this vision to life, we curated an exclusive evening experience at Brussels Expo, fully privatizing the world-renowned Bond In Motion exhibition — the largest official collection of original James Bond vehicles and memorabilia, and a first-time showcase in Belgium at that moment.
The chosen James Bond theme was a perfect fit: luxurious, mysterious, and cinematic — echoing the values of a private banking brand like Puilaetco. Guests were welcomed with a cocktail reception, followed by a private tour of the exhibition, setting the stage for a unique evening. A CEO speech provided a moment of reflection and recognition, before the night flowed into a walking dinner, live band performance, and party under atmospheric Bond-inspired lighting.
To enhance the immersive vibe, we added a photo booth experience with 007-style props, offering guests the chance to step into the world of Bond with a playful twist — blending elegance with entertainment.
