Project Briefing

To celebrate Porsche’s participation in the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans 2024, Porsche Centre West-Vlaanderen aimed to bring together motorsport enthusiasts in a meaningful and immersive way. The objective was to create a welcoming live viewing experience that would support the Porsche Penske Motorsport team, while also broadening the appeal to families, women, and younger fans — making motorsport more accessible and inclusive.

Our Approach

On June 16, 2024, we transformed the dealership into a vibrant event space for a special Le Mans live viewing experience. A large part of the showroom was cleared of vehicles to host the public, and a massive LED screen was installed to broadcast the start of the race in high quality. The event was designed as a family-friendly motorsport gathering, offering snacks, sweets, popcorn, and coffee for all guests — ensuring a warm and inclusive atmosphere.

The event was open to the public, free of charge, with a simple online registration system to manage attendance. From setup to content flow and hospitality coordination, we ensured that every guest — whether a hardcore fan or first-time visitor — felt part of the Porsche racing community.
